Paperwork, not flights, is what delays pet moves. Work this checklist in order and upload each item to your case as it is issued — we verify every document before travel day.

If you are moving into base housing, the sponsor letter or housing confirmation helps us schedule delivery on the right day.
Frequently asked questions
How do I send you documents?
Upload them to your case from the customer portal. Everything stays attached to your shipment so nothing is emailed back and forth.
What if a document expires before travel?
We track expiry dates on your case and alert you before anything lapses, which matters most for the 10-day health certificate window.
Who endorses the USDA paperwork?
A USDA APHIS Veterinary Services office. It takes several business days, so the vet appointment has to be booked with that lead time built in.
