Read the full agreement (9 clauses)
  1. Cargo Facility Responsibility. PCS My Pet Kennel Club shall not be responsible for the animal once the pet has been checked into the airline cargo facility or transferred to airline personnel.
  2. Aggressive Animals. The Client confirms that the dog or cat being transported is not highly aggressive and does not pose a danger to handlers, drivers, airline staff, or other animals.
  3. Anesthesia Prohibition. The Client agrees that the animal will not be under any type of anesthesia, sedation, or tranquilizer prior to pickup by the Company's driver unless approved in writing by a licensed veterinarian and disclosed to the Company beforehand.
  4. Veterinary Documents and Rabies Certificates. PCS My Pet Kennel Club shall not be held responsible for late, incorrect, expired, or incomplete rabies certificates, health certificates, veterinarian paperwork errors, or any delays caused by veterinary offices.
  5. Feeding Requirements. The Client agrees not to feed the animal within eight (8) hours prior to pickup by the Company driver unless otherwise directed by a veterinarian.
  6. Airline Delays and Rebooking Fees. PCS My Pet Kennel Club is not responsible for weather delays, airline delays, flight cancellations, or schedule changes. Any additional airline charges, rebooking fees, or transportation costs resulting from such delays shall be the responsibility of the Client.
  7. Senior Pet Health Requirement. Any animal over eight (8) years of age must be examined and approved by a licensed veterinarian prior to transportation. The veterinarian must confirm that the animal is healthy and medically fit to safely complete the trip. PCS My Pet Kennel Club reserves the right to request written veterinary clearance before transportation services are provided.
  8. Balance Due & Non-Refundable Deposit. The Client understands that the ten percent (10%) booking deposit is non-refundable and is credited toward the final invoice total. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled departure date. Failure to remit the balance by that deadline forfeits the deposit and cancels the booking, and any third-party fees already incurred (airline, veterinary, kennel, permits) remain the responsibility of the Client.
  9. Client Acknowledgment. The Client confirms that all information provided regarding the animal is truthful and accurate and understands and accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
